Fred Douglas Starks Sr., 77, of Manchester died Wednesday at Glen Oaks Convalescent Center in Shelbyville. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Greater Love Church of God in Christ in Manchester, where he was a member, with George Lewis officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Tullahoma.

Visitation will begin 11 a.m. at the church.
