Frank Van Dyke Hobbs, 70, of Shelbyville died Friday at Bedford County Medical Center. Funeral services were Sunday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel with Jack Allen officiating. Burial will be at Forest Park Lawndale in Houston, Texas.
