Ruby Jewell Neese Dean
Ruby Jewell Neese Dean, 87, of Shelbyville died Sunday at Bedford County Medical Center. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Gowen-Smith Chapel with Joe Corley officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery.
