Jack Henley, 69, of Estill Springs, died Friday at Southern Tennessee Medical Center in Winchester. Funeral servicesw were held Monday at Watson-North Funeral Home in Winchester with Vernon Johnson officiating. Burial, with full military honors, followed at Watson-North Memorial Park.
