Jennifer Olivia Weaver, 12-day-old daughter of Jesse Weaver and Samantha Marlow of Shelbyville, died Tuesday at her home.

A memorial Mass will be held 7 p.m. Thursday at St. Williams Catholic Church.

Gowen-Smith Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
