Mitchell "Jake" Jacobs

Mitchell "Jake" Jacobs, 69, of Manchester died Friday at Alive Hospice at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. Funeral services were held Monday at Manchester Funeral Home with the Rev. Jason Mitchell officiating. Burial followed at Jernigan Cemetery in Cannon County.
