Sarah Catherine "Kitty" Phipps, 95, of Bell Buckle died Tuesday at Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Gowen-Smith Chapel with James Eidson officiating. Burial will be at Montgomery Cemetery in Cowan.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday.
