Funeral services for Joe Ishmon Edmond Frazier, 32, of Bell Buckle, who died Saturday at Bedford County Medical Center, will be noon Wednesday at Bright Temple Church of God in Christ with the Rev. Shawn Moses officiating. Burial will follow at the Green family cemetery in Longview.

Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Tuesday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel and beginning 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
