Graveside services for 17-day-old Addilea Gracen Swift of Haskins Chapel will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Cedar Grove Cemetery near Chapel Hill with the Rev. Glenn Forsee and the Rev. Noreen Adams officiating.

She died Thursday at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville.

Lawrence Funeral Home, Chapel Hill, is in charge of arrangements.
