A 1-0 victory over Lausanne late Friday afternoon thanks to a goal from Zach Wagner meant the Feet were undefeated in two matches.

"(The alumni) put a lot of pressure on them to be good and play hard," Webb coach Adrian Anderson said. "That's one of the unique things about Webb here versus other schools is that we've got two generations of guys that graduated from this school that played soccer here. We've had soccer since 1962 and they first officially played as a school against other schools in '69."

Senior Mic Floeter took an assist from Henry Choi to tally Webb's first goal versus Middle Tennessee Christian.

A score by the Cougars' Clayton Mitchell evened matters at 1-all heading into intermission.

The second half belonged to the Feet (7-5-2) as senior Yoonsuh Suh headed in a corner kick from Josh Ferrell for the go-ahead goal 8:14 in. Ferrell then scored a net-thinner of his own off an assist from Wagner almost 10 minutes later. After Wagner was tackled in the box, they were rewarded a penalty kick that Suh punched into the corner with 14:37 remaining. The final tally came off the foot of senior Jinwoo Hong in stoppage time from another corner kick by Ferrell.

"We moved the ball well and passed the ball well today," Anderson said. "I'll give credit to MTCS. They were tired from their game this morning. We were tired too though from our game last night.

"We don't always hit the goal, but today we hit the goal. We dominated possession, as we do in most games. Whether or not we actually make it count is something else, and today we made it count."

Bastian Peters saw little action in goal for the hosts but made good on four saves when attacked.

Leif Kixmiller was the keeper for MTC (9-3-1). They tied Lausanne 2-2 in the Saturday's first match.

A local foe comes up on the schedule next as the Feet head to Cascade on Tuesday.
