Billy Frank Evans
Billy Frank Evans, 79, of Flat Creek died Saturday at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville after an extended illness. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Sorrells officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Herman Cemetery.
