A private graveside service was held May 27 at Willow Mount Cemetery for Mildred Bowden Sparks, 74, of Shelbyville, who died May 25 at Bedford County Nursing Home. William Cartwright officiated.

Gowen-Smith Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
