Omer B. Richardson, 81, of Petersburg died Friday at Bedford County Nursing Home. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Willow Mount Cemetery.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel.
