Russell Edward Henley, 71, of Shelbyville died Sunday at his home after a brief illness. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hillcrest Funeral Home with Eddie Reed officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
