Carrie Estelle Forkum
Funeral services for Carrie Estelle Forkum, 94, of Shelbyville, who died Monday at Glen Oaks Convalescent Center after an extended illness, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Cal Arquitt officiating. Burial will follow at Antioch Cemetery in Trousdale County.
