A visitation and celebration of life service for Anna Leona Watts, 87, of Shelbyville, who died Friday at Bedford County Medical Center, will be 5-8 p.m. Monday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Marie Hatcher officiating. Burial will follow at a later date at Waterloo (Iowa) Memorial Park.
