Funeral services for Joe Edward Bailey, 64, of Bell Buckle, who died Thursday at Bedford County Medical Center, will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Bell Buckle United Methodist Church. Frederick Wade will be the eulogist and the Rev. Beth Ezell will officiate.

Visitation will be 2 p.m. Sunday until service time.
