Funeral services for Gene Griffin, 61, of Unionville, who died Tuesday at Bedford County Medical Center, will be 1 p.m. Friday at Lawrence Funeral Home, Chapel Hill, with the Rev. Jack Douglas officiating. Burial wil follow at Swanson Cemetery, Chapel Hill.

Visitation with the family will begin 4 p.m. today.
