Shirley Kay Armstrong, 55, of Shelbyville died Sunday at Bedford County Medical Center. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Ray Armstrong officiating. Burial will follow in Willow Mount Cemetery.

Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. today.
