Edward Jeffrey O'Tey

Edward Jeffrey O'Tey, 89, of Bell Buckle died Friday at Bedford County Medical Center. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bright Temple Church of God in Christ with Larry Crusmon officiating. Mr. O'Tey's remains were cremated per his request.

Feldhaus Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
