Playing against a team that has beaten them at will the last 10 contests, the Lady Feet (4-7) more than held their own for three quarters as Zola Quao proved to be a force in the middle with her quickness, scoring a game-high 12 points.
Community (9-3) led 11-8 after one quarter and was able to bump the lead to 23-12 at intermission behind the scoring of Aubrey Boyce and Kassidy Lane.
"We came out a little sluggish on both sides of the ball tonight," Viqueen coach Allison Layne said. "We moved the bal pretty well and we had some good looks at the basket but we could not get the ball to fall.
"Webb is really an improved team and their defense really got after us tonight. We were able to work through it, but it took way longer than I cared for."

"I was very pleased with the girls' effort in this game," Feet coach Jeff Mitchell said. "We executed very well and gave ourselves a chance to be within striking distance in the second half.
"Community is bigger and stronger than we are and their maturity level keeps them from going into panic mode in close games. Give them credit. They wore us down and took advantage of their opportunities at the end."
The Viqueens placed nine players in the scoring column after being held down most of the game as their shooters lit up the scoreboard to the tune of 19 points to account for the final margin.
Quao led Webb with 12 while teammate Elizabeth Lawrence contributed eight.
The Lady Feet could have helped their cause throughout the game from the free throw line but managed to hit only 8-of-17 attempts.
Boyce matched Quao's 12 points to lead the Purple and Gold. Small and Layne netted eight apiece.
Community only made it to the charity stripe seven times, but were successful on four tries.
"We still have a lot of work to do to be a good team." Layne said. "We are still way too inconsistent defensively and we tend to let that affect us on the other end of the court.
"District play starts next week and we have very little time left to get the ship righted."
Cornersville took on Community on Saturday. Webb visits Middle Tennessee Christian on Tuesday.
