Rachel Hale Howell

Funeral services for Rachel Hale Howell, 96, of Shelbyville, who died Monday at Glen Oaks Convalescent Center, will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Faith Baptist Church. The Rev. Charles Redmond and the Rev. Isaac McDuffie will officiate and burial will follow in Willow Mount Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will be 4-8 p.m. today at Hillcrest Funeral Home.
