The homestanding Lions jumped out to an 8-5 first-quarter advantage before the Feet battled back to take a 16-12 upper hand into the locker room and led the rest of the way.
Hunter Foutch led all scorers with 14 points for Webb (12-1). Jordan Burchett chipped in with 12.
"We kind of dealt with some adversity with foul trouble and sickness," said Feet coach Jeff Mitchell, who was without Jordan Foutch. "But, we hit 14-of-20 free throws and gutted out a win on the road in a tough place to play.
"We've just got to handle pressure better at the end of a ballgame."
Andy Deatherage paced King's with 13 points, while Darren Ellis had 12.
Webb 61, King's 34 (G): Three Lady Feet scored in double figures as they improved to 5-8 on the year.
Elizabeth Lawrence outscored everybody with 19. Zola Quao and Calli Vaughn both contributed 16.
Webb was up 16-3 after a quarter, 28-14 at intermission and 53-24 entering the final period.
"It was a good chance for all of our kids to play," Mitchell said. "We saw some definite improvement as far as our effort. We didn't heat up for awhile shooting the ball.
"We started loosening up in that third quarter."
Sally Mitchell and Georgiana Freire tallied nine apiece to pace King's.
