William Thomas Gould, 75, of Shelbyville died Friday at Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. today at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Kevin Minchey officiating. Burial will follow later in Houtzdale, Pa.

Visitation will begin 12:30 p.m.
