James "Jim" Reid III

James "Jim" Reid III, 54, of Shelbyville died Monday at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Thursday at Edgemont Baptist Church, where he was a member, with Bobby McGee officiating.

Per his request, he was cremated. There will be no visitation.
