James Clarence Rowland
James Clarence Rowland, 68, of Wartrace died Saturday at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Hillcrest Funeral Home with Eddie Kennedy officiating. Burial, with military rites, will follow at King Cemetery in Rover.
