Andrea Y. Simmons

Andrea Y. Simmons, 69, of Shelbyville, died Tuesday at Life Care Center in Tullahoma. Per her request, her remains were cremated. No services are planned.

Feldhaus Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
