Annie Charlene Stem, 80, of Shelbyville died Friday at Glen Oaks Convalescent Center. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Gowen-Smth Chapel with Stanley Penn officiating. Burial will follow at Clark Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will be 4-8 p.m. Monday.
