Michael Martin scored on a penalty kick shortly into the first half and the Champions were building steam versus a Raider team that has tormented them in recent years.
"(Martin's goal) gave us the confidence we needed to keep going," Cascade coach Monica Lewis said. "We played to the outside. We played as a team. We're not talking enough, but that's about the only thing I can say that we didn't do enough of."
Anthony Viramontes tied matters midway through the second half with a rocket to the top shelf.
Spring Hill (1-0-1) maintained possession much of the remaining time and got the game-winning score from Jonathan Hay with 7:26 left to play.
Bryan Hayes totaled 11 saves at keeper for the Champions (0-2). Offensively, they tallied eight shots on goal.
Lewis has specific plans for improvement while her squad gets plenty of time to prepare for their next 11-A/AA contest on April 8 versus Middle Tennessee Christian.
"We're going to work on our team play a little bit. Attacking the ball. We were much more aggressive tonight; we need to continue that. And, just working the ball down the field."
