The visiting Franklin Rebels pounced on the Feet early in the second half and eventually doubled up the hosts by claiming a 16-8 victory in Bell Buckle.
"The third quarter was when we just got hammered," said Webb coach Jamison Fee, whose squad only trailed by a narrow 7-5 count at halftime. "We're a young team and we don't have a lot of depth in the midfield. That is really what hurt us. The lack of clearing was the end of us….we lost the game between the lines today."
The Feet (1-3) were guided by Cody Rooks on the offensive end with two goals and four assists. Isaac Garner tacked on another three goals, while Robert McKee and Luke Corley added one goal each.
Scotty Wisniewski amassed 14 saves in goal and Will Murphy won 15 face-offs on the day for Webb.
"We won the face-offs, but just couldn't seem to get the ball after we won those," Fee said.
The Feet travel to Ravenwood on Wednesday for a 4:30 matchup against the host Raptors.
