Funeral services for Shirley Lee Janiak, age 69, of Toledo, Ohio, who died Monday at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, will be 10:30 a.m. (Eastern) Friday at Sujkowski Funeral Home Northpointe in Toledo. Jerry Siler will officiate and burial will follow in Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will be 2-8 p.m. Thursday.
