Graveside services for Robbye Dance McDowell, 90, of Shelbyville, who died Sunday at Bedford County Nursing Home after an extended illness, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Winchester City Cemetery in Winchester with the Rev. Ray Hartman officiating. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home.
