William Howard Cooper

Funeral services for William Howard Cooper, 81, of Shelbyville, who died Monday, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hillcrest Funeral Home with the Rev. James Bender and Larry Sanders officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Hermon Cemetery.

Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. today.
