Kim wasted little time getting started blowing out the candles on a heck of a day on the soccer patch, netting his first score just 6:04 into the match.
Freshman Zach Wagner took an assist from fellow frosh Josh Ferrell in the 21st minute to put Webb (6-6-2, 3-2-1 East/Middle) up 2-0.
Junior Muslim Shamayev scored unassisted and junior KwunHo Jeong got some help via freshman Rex Lee on a goal to put the finishing touches on a diversified 4-0 half.
"Several of the boys are getting together outside of practice and really trying to gel on how they want to play and how they want to attack and move. It's working out well," Feet coach Adrian Anderson said.
"Most of my players are not being jealous about scoring now. They're just trying to play. Whoever ends up being on the scoring end is whoever is on the scoring end. And, everybody's trying to hit the target and not just hit the ball 90 miles per hour."
The birthday boy thinned the twine for the second time off a dish from sophomore Chris Whalen in the 53rd minute. Kim rounded out his hat trick in the 76th minute on a penalty kick.
Sophomore Caleb Rasnick took advantage of proper positioning on a corner kick off the foot of Ferrell for Webb goal No. 7 with just over two minutes to play.
Goalkeeper Zach Crownover tallied four saves in the shutout.
The Feet look to lock up second place in the East/Middle Region with a pair of wins later this week. They visit St. Andrew's-Sewanee on Thursday before heading to Seymour to battle King's Academy on Friday night. A clean sweep could put them in first place with some help from other teams.
