William R. "Bubba" Watkins

Funeral arrangements for William R. "Bubba" Watkins, 63, of Shelbyville, who died Monday at his home, will be 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Gowen-Smith Chapel. Burial will follow at McElroy Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will be 10 a.m.-noon Thursday.
