Groundbreaking for Learning Way Elementary

A groundbreaking ceremony was held Tuesday morning for the new Learning Way Elementary School, under construction next to Harris Middle School on Learning Way Drive. School board members, county commissioners, Shelbyville city council members, school principals, Department of Education personnel and others were on hand to commemorate the project.
