Webb took hold of third place in the East/Middle Region tournament by handing Davidson Academy a 5-1 loss on Friday at University School of Nashville.

The Bears struck first with a penalty kick in the fifth minute.

Danny Hwang got the Feet on the board off a corner kick from teammate Josh Ferrell in the 18th minute. Ferrell booted home the go-ahead score off a free kick in the 36th minute. Junwoo Chang put the Bell Buckle boys up 3-1 barely a minute before intermission off an assist from Daniel Hoover.

Webb's Chris Hoover scored a goal thanks to an assist via Tripp Moss in the 45th minute. Ferrell tallied the final goal with five minutes remaining. Caleb Rasnick assisted.

King's Academy 2, Webb 1: On Tuesday, the Feet dropped their semifinal match.

Daniel Hoover netted Webb's only goal. Crownover grabbed 12 saves.

The local boys head to Memphis on Saturday to play the undetermined No. 2 seed from the West Region.
