Penalty kicks send Feet to state semis

Webb advanced to the semifinals of the Division II Class A state tournament after a thrilling victory over Lausanne in Memphis.

The teams were scoreless through regulation and overtime of their sub-state match before the Feet won 3-2 on penalty kicks.

Adam Brooks, Zach Wagner and Josh Ferrell all scored for Webb. Goalkeeper Zach Crownover had three saves on PKs and eight more during the game.

The semis begin on Thursday at the Spring Fling at the Richard Siegel Soccer Complex in Murfreesboro.
