Peggy Joyce Hartley
Peggy Joyce Hartley, 67, of Winchester died Sunday at Southern Tennessee Medical Center. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home, Winchester, with the Rev. Emmitt Arnold officiating. Burial will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens, Winchester.
