Funeral services for Mary Sloan Polly, 86, of Shelbyville, who died Sunday at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Gowen-Smith Chapel. Jerry Bradford will officiate and burial will follow in New Hope Talley Station.

Visitation with the family will be held from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
