Funeral services for Whitney DeWitt Philpott, 94 of Shelbyville, who died Saturday at Bedford County Nursing Home after an extended illness, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Bryan Elliott officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery.
