Funeral services for Robbie Starnes Sells, 84, of Wartrace, were held Sunday at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home in Tullahoma with the Rev. Bill Starnes, her brother, and the Rev. John Bell officiating. Burial followed at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Tullahoma.
