A Shelbyville woman walked away with minor injuries after she lost control of her car, which struck a utility pole and overturned, on South Cannon Boulevard today.
Wendy Davis, 44, of Shelbyville, walked away with cuts to the chin and an arm after the crash, which occurred about 6:45 a.m., Shelbyville police said
Officers said the accident's cause was uncertain.
Traffic was backed up for some time after the crash as drivers were heading to work and school.

My daughter was caught up in the traffic this morning and said it looked really bad. So glad to read there were only minor injuries! Looks like it could have been a whole lot worse.
