Earl Carlton

Funeral services for Earl Carlton, 86, of Rover, who died Thursday morning at his home after an extended illness, will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Lawrence Funeral Home in Chapel Hill. The Rev. Ronnie Grooms, the Rev. Scotty Sorrells and the Rev. Mike Dugan will officiate and burial, with full military honors, will follow in Cothran Cemetery in Rover.

Visitation with the family will be 4-8 p.m. Saturday.
