Viqueen senior Amy Nesius led the charge with 14 service points, eight aces and six kills. Kassidy Lane notched 12 service points and five kills. Lauren Freeman totaled 15 service points and seven aces. Georgia Ralston killed six balls.
To save the Eaglettes from having to make another drive down off the mountain in Spencer, the two teams went ahead and played another match and the result was the same. Community won 25-12, 25-16, 25-12.
Nesius tallied 14 service points and five aces. Freeman came through with 17 service points. Lane had eight kills and seven points. Ralston hit down five kills.
Culleoka 3, Community 0: On Friday, the Lady Warriors swept the visiting Viqueens 25-22, 26-24, 25-18.
Freeman had nine service points and eight kills. Nesius tallied nine points and five kills. Lane chipped in with seven kills. Megan Busbee was tough in the middle with five kills and three blocks. Carly Daffern is working her way back into shape following knee surgery and had seven points and three aces.
Things don't slow down for Community any time soon. They head to Columbia Academy this afternoon.
