Patty Baxter Cartwright
Patty Baxter Cartwright, 65, of Dixon, Ky., died Friday in Panama City, Fla. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Jennings-Moore-Cortner Chapel in Lynchburg. Burial will follow at Wagoner Cemetery.
