Manuel Russell Harmon
Manuel Russell Harmon, 83, of Shelbyville, died Monday at Bedford County Nursing Home. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens with Jeff Curtis officiating.
