Richard Wayne Hall
Richard Wayne Hall, 63, of Shelbyville, died Thursday at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home in Winchester with Ray Gardner officiating. Burial will follow at Vernon Ridge Cemetery.
