Norman Ray 'Skooter' Williams
Norman Ray 'Skooter' Williams, 58, of Shelbyville, died Friday at Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Hillcrest Funeral Home with Josh Calahan officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
