Dr. William Lawrence 'Larry' Parks, 85, of Knoxville, died Thursday at his home after an extended illness. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Hillcrest Funeral Home with the Rev. Ron DeWitt officiating. Burial will follow at Lynchburg Cemetery.
